Mr. Rajendra Rasiklal Shah is the director and founder of Viraj Estates and the imperative force behind making Viraj Estates a well-known and reliable name in real estate. Since Viraj Estates’ inception in 1981, he has relentlessly worked towards making the company the enormous empire it has become today. Mr. Rajendra Shah is the perfect example of what the right amalgamation of vision and hard work can do. Apart from being a businessman, he strives to make society a better place through various social causes adapted by the company. Offering competitive prices with unmatched excellence through every project has made Viraj Estates stand out from the clutter. It was the director’s belief of providing housing to every lower and middle-class person at reasonable rates which made it happen. The over-achiever in him has set the target of completing 5 million sq. ft. of construction work in the next 10 years, for which he has already set the wheels in motion.

FounderMr. Vilas Rasiklal Shah is the founder and director of Viraj Estates. He is a strong advocate for inculcating trust, commitment and transparency in every aspect of working and this has been a major contributor in making Viraj Estate the reliable brand it is. And continuing this practice for the foreseeable future is his aim. He makes sure that all the investors are always happy and maintains a very strong bond with them. He is naturally blessed with unmatched PR skills which has helped the company grow in numerous ways. He believes in giving back to society and fulfilling his share of social responsibility. This dynamic personality of his makes him a role model for the future generation of businessmen and successful businesses. He has high hopes for Nashik and aims at constructing more than 50 lakh sq. ft. in the coming years.
Mr. Vilas Rasiklal Shah,
FounderRight after graduating from Pune in 2008, he joined Viraj Estates with a vision of taking the company to a whole new level through building iconic buildings that grace the skyline of Nashik. He plays a vital role in the entire process right from identifying the new land parcels for construction to its completion. His exceptional communication skills play an important role in the client relationship and business development part of the company, along with developing trust and transparency the right way with the customers. He is the next generation visionary of Viraj Estates who aims at prospering the company with transformative ideology while keeping the old principals intact.
Mr. Viraj Vilas Shah,
DirectorDetermined to give the company the transition it required and turn the traditional method of working to a more organised and professionally run business, he joined Viraj Estates after completing his graduation from the US. In order to relate to modern consumers and be up to date with the latest technologies, he implemented different systems to restructure the entire organisation. From the company’s financial and banking systems to procurement of new land parcels for development and the entire process, he plays an important role in managing these aspects.
